The location of the property was amazing as we were near to all the other resorts and main port and the restaurant Zing for the $ 69 dinner buffet special and the local marina due to the cost. The breakfast was large and savoury with overflowing champagne, the food was amazing.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. We were impressed by the exclusive amenities offered in our room, including the luxurious bedding and private facilities. the swimming pool was large and well-maintained, and the staff provided top-notch service to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Located in a convenient area with many facilities nearby, we enjoyed the stunning sunset views from the bar and lounge area.
The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at the restaurant during peak hours. this hotel provided an exquisite experience that we would highly recommend for those with a higher budget plan.

Loved the amazing staff, they were unbelievably wonderful and made our family holiday incredibly special and enjoyable. The beds and room space were wonderful. The food was delicious, although a bit expensive for a family of six. The location was good and the pool area was also very nice.
The reservations process was not clear or uncomplicated, which resulted in the wrong room type being booked initially. The interior of the room felt tired and appeared dirty in certain lighting.

The location of the resort is fantastic, with easy access to the port and other resorts in the area. The proximity to the beach at the Sofitel is also a major advantage, offering beautiful views and opportunities for relaxation. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and double sinks in the bathroom. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, with warm and genuine hospitality. The breakfast options are delicious, especially the personalized juice and egg stations. The resort also offers great facilities, such as a phenomenal pool and a well-equipped gym.
The coffee shop/bakery at the resort seems to be lacking in quality and service. Several guests have mentioned receiving their coffees in takeaway cups, despite requesting to eat at a table.

I recently stayed at The Westin in Denarau Island for a week-long vacation. The room was fantastic, spacious, and clean. The staff were incredibly friendly and even upgraded us to a larger room and gave us a bottle of sparkling wine for my friend's birthday. The property is beautifully landscaped, with well-kept grounds and buildings. The nearby harbour is easily accessible on the Bula Bus, where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. The hotel also offers a great insight into the local culture of Fiji, which was a nice change from the typical big resorts. a wonderful experience!
100% Recommend this hotel.

I had a fantastic stay! The pool area was the nicest along the beach, with beautiful planting and private, shady areas. The hotel's entrance area and foyer were lovely. The breakfast was busy but the food was good quality. The staff were friendly, helpful, and provided prompt service. The beds were super comfortable. The room, although a bit tired, was still clean and nice. The hotel had a great outlook, being beachfront yet private.
Nothing to dislike.
